Vin Santo and Olive Oil

In the Agriturismo Podere Ripavecchia you will find the genuine flavours of the umbro-tuscan enogatronomic tradition. The farm produces vin santo, a typical dessert wine obtained thanks to an ancient knowledge and with a recipe which is handed down from father to son: red grapes are patiencely made dried. Our oil with its strong flavoured savour is obtained sqeezing the olives of the 370 olive trees growing on a sweet ridge of a hill in the farm.
